Navarakizhi
Navarakizhi is a traditional rejuvenation therapy from Ayurveda that involves the use of warm herbal rice bundles (called kizhi) dipped in medicated milk and herbal decoctions.In this treatment, specially prepared Navara rice is cooked with herbal ingredients, tied into small boluses, and gently massaged over the body. The therapy provides both heat and nourishment, allowing the medicinal properties to deeply penetrate the muscles and tissues.
